From there, you will work directly with the lender(s) of your choice to get a term sheet, go through underwriting and close, but we are happy to help in any way we can.

Absolutely! Many of our lenders prefer to meet qualified searchers early in their process, build a relationship, and discuss potential deals/structures.
Currently, we focus on SBA loans from $350K to $5M, but reach out to us if you are looking for larger loans.
It only takes 5-10 minutes to onboard with Searchramp. From there, we will have intros to you within 24 hours. Closing a loan typically takes 60-90 days once you have a deal under LOI and docs ready. Could also be sooner.
We have referral fee arrangements with banks but the service is free for borrowers.
